Senior Footwear Designer – Women Shoes

Brand remonte

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Designing innovative women footwear collections that align with remonte’s brand identity, appeal to our target market, while understanding our customer preferences and market trends
  • Designing innovative outsoles for footwear or refreshing existing outsole designs with creative concepts
  • Collaborating with the product management team to research and identify new trends in the industry
  • Ensuring that designs uphold remonte's image while contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand
  • Creating Colour CADs and Material Maps
  • Be part of the fitting team to correct lines, proportions and ensure the marketability
  • Mentor and guide young designers to develop their design skills and creativity as the leader of the design team at remonte

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the shoe industry with a focus on design
  • Proficiency in shoe technology and materials
  • A keen eye and passion for relevant, upcoming trends and materials
  • Excellency in sketching and working with ProCreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Office MS
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability to enhance the brand's image and market presence
  • You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working, and you always remain confident under time pressure
  • Enjoy working with cross-functional teams – materials, Product Managers, Designers, Modellers
  • Good communication in English round off your profile; German or Vietnamese language skills would be a plus
