Footwear Designer - Men's Shoes

• Strengthen the Collection and Development Team in shoe design and report directly to the Product Manager
• Be involved in the entire development process and implement different collections
• Sketching shoe designs, including upper designs and new outsole designs as part of your daily tasks
• Responsible for coordinating materials and color combinations
• Responsible for developing creative mood boards
• Support the team during fitting tests based on your keen sense of proportions and understanding of the cut
• Research trends on a continuous basis to keep up to date with the latest trends of the markets you are designing shoes for

• Completed apprenticeship or an internship as a footwear designer
• Obtained initial experience as a designer with strong creative skills
• Capable of working independently and precisely, as well as demonstrating team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent English skills
